Any item brought with you (blanket, leash, toy, bed, etc.) must be clearly marked with the Pet's name as we do not wish to misplace anything.
Please Note:
Special Services - Drop Offs & Pick Ups during times other than our normal business hours (as posted above) are subject to an additional $35.00 fee and arrangements MUST be made in advance.
Cancellation Policy - We have a 2 week advance policy for canceling boarding reservations during holiday and peak vacation periods. Should it be necessary to cancel after this 2 week period, you are expected to pay for any unfilled reservations.
Regarding Vaccinations - Be forewarned: If your pet does not have the proper vaccinations and / or you do not have the necessary records with you when checking in, please realize we will be unable board your pet. An additional $25.00 fee will be incurred if it is necessary for us to verify vaccination information with your vet.
All guests are required to hold Vaccination Records that are current and include coverage for the following:
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Bordetella (Canine Cough)
