    Our Pick-Up & Drop-Off Schedule / Terms:  
 
Monday - Friday:
  
Between 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM
       OR
Between 3:00 PM - 5:45 PM
Saturday:
   8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday:
    3:00 PM -   5:45 PM

  • There is an additional $35.oo fee to Drop Off / Pick Up during times other than our normal business hours (as posted above). Should this be needed, prior arrangements must be made in advance.

  • We have a 2 week advance policy for canceling boarding reservations during holiday and peak vacation periods.  Should you find it necessary to cancel after this 2 week period, you are expected to pay for any unfilled reservations.

  • If your pet does not have the proper vaccinations and / or you do not have the necessary records with you, we cannot board your pet.  An additional $25.00 fee will be incurred if it is necessary for us to verify vaccination information with your vet.

  • Any item brought with you (blanket, leash, toy, bed, etc.) must be clearly marked with the Pet's name. We do not wish to misplace anything.
